Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in React.js.
- Robust understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript programming languages.
- Experience working on large-scale web applications with complex architectures.
