- Contact & enroll patients into Patient Support Program.
- Verify prescriptions & patient documents as per program guidelines.
- Create & maintain patient records in CRM system.
- Schedule HCP consultations, device demos, and follow-up calls.
Required Candidate profile
- Any individual with a flair for telecalling & excellent communication skills in any of following languages can apply: Marathi / Malayalam / Oriya / Bengali
- Knowledge of English & Hindi is must.
