Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage billing, documentation, and inventory records for our roofing manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tax invoices, generating e-way bills, maintaining inventory data, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping using Tally ERP 9. Familiarity with Zoho Books or other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tax invoices, e-way bills, and other billing documents accurately and on time.

• Generate delivery challans for goods dispatched across India.

• Maintain and update inventory records using Tally ERP 9.

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate billing and shipment documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and update stock movements in the system.

• Ensure all invoices and documentation comply with GST regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and reporting purposes.





• Assist the accounts team with basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks when required. Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 for billing and inventory management.

• Good understanding of GST billing, e-way bills, and delivery documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

• Positive coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Zoho Books or other Zoho applications.

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or building materials industry. • Familiarity with inventory tracking and dispatch documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com or equivalent).

• Additional certification in accounting software will be an advantage.
