Job Title: Lead - Master Data Management

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi-Maan, Pune.

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 5-8 years

Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)




- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Requirements* •
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability –mandatory
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation(Recon) and MIS reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory
- Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks – preferred

Key Responsibilities* • Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities

- Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues
- Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
- Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements
- Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Domain Master Data Management (MDM)

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management

Education Requirements Graduate in any discipline

Certifications SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – Preferred
