Responsibilities
- Manage complete facility operations soft services and hard services.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules are executed on time.
- Manage vendors and service partners against defined SLAs and KPIs; conduct audits.
- Prepare and control the facility budget; drive cost optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, EHS and fire-safety readiness..
- Lead and roster the in office facility team and shift staff.
- Oversee space management, seating, and moves/adds/changes.
- Manage energy consumption and sustainability initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid experience managing commercial/corporate/residential facilities.
- Sound technical understanding of MEP and building systems.
- Strong vendor, budget and team-management skills.
- MIS/reporting proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
