About the Role NTT DATA is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives to join our telecom sales team. This is an entry-level outbound sales role where you will engage customers in Canada, promote telecom products and services, and drive sales through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote telecom plans, upgrades, bundles, and retention offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Deliver excellent customer experience while maximizing revenue.
