Hiring: Senior Analyst Service Support Management

We are hiring Senior Analysts Service Support Management for a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the branch and provide end-to-end support.
- Manage the complete policy lifecycle services.
- Participate in renewal review meetings with Producers, CSMs and Sales teams.
- Support and coordinate with a team of 57 Client Service Managers.
- Drive pre- and post-renewal activities proactively and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor triggered activities and ensure accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
- Handle queries effectively while minimizing rework at the service center.
- Identify activities suitable for offshoring to the service center.
- Maintain strong relationships with branch teams to enhance customer experience.
- Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of experience in International Voice Banking / Insurance / Property & Casualty Insurance.




- Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Strong knowledge of the Insurance domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, logical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability.
- Insurance certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in transition/onboarding, SPOC or onshore travel is preferred.
- Valid U.S. Visa is an added advantage.
- CompensationCTC: Up to 10 LPA Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC, based on experience and profile.
