Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L3 Palo Alto Firewall Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Network Security. The candidate should have solid expertise in Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), troubleshooting complex security issues, and leading firewall operations in enterprise environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls (L3 Support)
- Expertise in Panorama Management
- Deep knowledge of Security Policies, NAT, VPN (IPSec & GlobalProtect)
- Experience in Firewall Rule Analysis, Optimization, and Migration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for security and network incidents
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP
- Experience in High Availability (HA) Deployment and Management
- Hands-on experience with Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, WildFire, IDS/IPS
- Experience in handling Major Incidents, RCA, and Change Management




- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards

Good to Have

- Experience with FortiGate Firewalls
- Experience with SD-WAN Technologies
- Exposure to Cisco ASA, Check Point, or Fortinet
- Certifications such as PCNSE, PCNSA, CCNP Security

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide L3 Support for Palo Alto Firewall infrastructure.
- Manage firewall policies, configurations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex network security incidents and provide root cause analysis.
- Perform firewall health checks, audits, and security assessments.
- Implement and support VPN solutions and secure remote access.
- Work with cross-functional teams during major incidents and change activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
