Job Description:Slack Team Lead
Role Overview
The Slack Team Lead will own the delivery of Slack-related services within the Roche Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) ecosystem. This includes leading consulting, development, onboarding, and governance activities for Slack and its AI-enabled capabilities (Slackbot, Agentforce).

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Slack services - documentation, consulting, readiness reviews, and onboarding support across Roche teams and workspaces
Act as the primary liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and end users to align business needs with Slack technical solutions
Oversee the development of Slack-related solutions (e.g., governance portal)



and coordinate QA and security consulting activities
Provide best-practice guidance on Slack configuration, integration, and adoption
Drive onboarding activities including walkthroughs, Q&A; sessions, and setup guidance for new workspaces or teams
Identify and escalate adoption blockers, risks, and issues, contributing to mitigation planning
Collaborate with the Enablement Services team on communication, training assets, and technical documentation related to Slack
Support scaling of Slack adoption across the broader CoE without dependency on key individuals
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Slack administration, configuration, and workspace management
Familiarity with Slack AI capabilities - Slackbot, Agentforce integration a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in Salesforce platform environments preferred
Background in enablement, adoption, or change management is an advantage
Ability to produce clear technical and functional documentation
