As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and adapting the software to evolving business demands. The workday is agile, balancing technical development with problem-solving and coordination across teams to deliver reliable and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
