Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, coupled with front-end experience in Angular or React. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write clean, reusable, and productive code following coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams.
- Assist in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and API development.
- Experience working with Angular or React frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of SonarQube, Nexus, and code quality tools.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains.
- Understanding of security best practices, OAuth2, JWT, and API Gateway.

Senior Developer (8+ Years) Additional Expectations

- Lead technical design and code review activities.
- Mentor junior developers.
- Drive architecture and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution design.
- Estimate effort, identify risks, and ensure timely project delivery.
