Job description:

• Assist in benchmarking and analysing compensation data using salary survey.

• Developing salary bands, pay grades, and job architectures to ensure fair internal pay

equity

• Conduct job evaluations and ensure alignment with internal grading frameworks.

• Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, internal movements, and

promotions.

• Analyse internal pay equity and support pay structure recommendations.

• Ensuring all compensation programs strictly comply with local labour laws, pay

equity legislation, and tax regulations.

• Maintain compensation and benefits data in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.

• Track compensation trends,



cost impacts, and provide analytical insights.

• Support development and documentation of compensation and perks policies

• Help prepare compensation reports and analytics for decision-making and audit

purposes.

• Facilitate the appraisal process, including reviewing and rating employee

performances in collaboration with supervisors/Department Heads

• Address employee queries regarding Compensation policies and procedures

• Support HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
