Job Title: Sub Lead Recruiter

Shift Timings : 9.30 AM 6.30 PM (Mon Fri)

Saturday 8.30 AM – 1.30 PM

Location : KPHB - 6th Phase - Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to offer acceptance and final placement.
- Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters while effectively coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Source, screen, cold-call, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate client interviews, schedule candidates, and follow up to collect timely interview feedback.
- Source candidate profiles through various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies such as headhunting, employee referrals, social networking platforms, job postings, and database searches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update recruitment databases.
- Participate in weekly meetings with Account Managers to discuss hiring progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Prepare and submit weekly recruitment reports highlighting sourcing activity, interview status, closures, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure consistent communication with candidates and clients to provide a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and meeting client hiring timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prior experience in team handling and client management is mandatory.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Solid cold-calling, headhunting, referencing, and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a target-driven environment.
