Job Summary

We are hiring a Territory Sales In-Charge to manage distributor and channel networks, expand retail presence, and drive territory sales for writing instruments and related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen distributor and channel networks across the assigned territory.
- Drive retail expansion through new outlet onboarding and market coverage.
- Lead market development initiatives to increase category share.




- Own and achieve territory sales targets across the assigned region.
- Develop robust relationships with distributors, retailers and channel partners.
- Ensure effective execution of sales and market expansion plans.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in distributor and channel management, retail expansion, or territory sales.
- Experience in FMCG, Stationery, Writing Instruments, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of distributor management and retail sales.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong market development capabilities.
