As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. The position demands continuous engagement with complex systems, ensuring stability and performance while supporting business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
