As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.




- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously monitor system performance to proactively detect potential issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium.
- Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools related to Playwright.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in a multi-component environment.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages to support automation and testing activities.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and application support best practices.
- Experience in analyzing logs and system outputs to identify root causes of problems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
