Role: Java Full Stack Developer

- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer to join

our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for

designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components

of our applications using Java and associated technologies. You will collaborate

with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing

software solutions that meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in Java programming, experience with modern frontend

frameworks, and a passion for full-stack development.

- Requirements:
- Experience in Microservices/API development using Java/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Node, NPM, and React framework, producing

secure front-end code.

- Ability to implement user interfaces against REST APIs.
- Experience in developing cloud-native applications in AWS/Azure.
- Experience developing maintainable, extensible, and testable distributed

systems.

- Designing low latency applications for scalability and reliability with high

throughput.

- Expert with open-source technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, etc.,

and containerization.

- Proficiency with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps

principles.

- Understanding of modern and functional programming styles.
- Familiarity with source control management best practices
- Leverage and adopt AI-assisted development tools and practices to

improve productivity and code quality

- Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including frontend

and backend components, using Java and other technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to

create seamless and intuitive user experiences.

- Implement and maintain microservices architectures that are scalable,

reliable, and efficient.





- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle

increasing user loads.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices for

software development.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge

with the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability

and reliability of the applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to

continuously improve our systems.

- Must-Have Skills:
- Java Programming: Deep knowledge of Java language, its ecosystem,

and best practices.

- Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.

- Backend Development: Expertise in developing and maintaining

backend services using Java, Spring, and related technologies.

- Full Stack Development: Experience in both frontend and backend

development, with the ability to work across the entire application stack.

- Soft Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop

effective solutions.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to

effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and analytically to solve
