Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment practices.




- Support onboarding activities and maintain a smooth transition from selection to joining.
- Assist with other HR activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring; freshers with robust communication and sourcing skills may also be considered.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
