Key Responsibilities
- Lead embedded hardware and software development for IoT and industrial automation products.
- Design and develop embedded hardware, PCB, firmware, and IoT solutions from prototype to deployment.
- Develop and troubleshoot firmware.
- Work with ESP32, STM32, AVR, Raspberry Pi, and Jetson Nano platforms.
- Implement communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, MQTT, HTTPS, LoRa, BLE, and 420 mA.
- Coordinate component sourcing, vendors, production, testing, and field deployment.
- Interact with clients for requirement gathering, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
- Support BIS/NABL compliance, quality testing, and product certification.
- Guide junior engineers and coordinate with project, production, and quality teams.
Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in Embedded Systems, IoT, RTOS, Firmware,
and PCB Design.
- PCB design experience using EAGLE or Altium.
- Experience in IoT cloud integration using Python, MQTT/HTTPS.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Experience taking products from prototyping to deployment/mass production.
Preferred
- Experience in industrial automation, smart metering, surveillance, or industrial monitoring and Network knowledge.
- Experience in client-facing and industrial/government projects.
- Exposure to international component sourcing and vendor management.
