4. Oracle Field Service Functional Consultant - Offshore

Experience: 6-10+ years
Certification: Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Skilled (Preferred)

- Configure Oracle Field Service application and business processes.
- Support onsite consultants in troubleshooting, documenting, testing all Oracle cloud configurations
- Prepare functional design and configuration documentation.
- Participate in fit-gap sessions and solution reviews.
- Execute configuration, testing, and defect resolution activities.
- Support OFS integrations with Service Cloud and ERP systems.
- Develop test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist with SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend solutions.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare.
