Job Description: Executive - Python Developer and BI Implementation Specialist

Location: Baner,Pune,(** With regular visits to the Wai,Satara plant)

Department: IT / Business Transformation

Reporting to: Head of IT, working closely with Operations and Finance

Role purpose

Build and maintain the data pipelines, software improvements and BI tools that give Fulflex reliable visibility into production, inventory, quality, costing and profitability.

Key responsibilities

- Write, test and maintain Python scripts and applications for data extraction, validation, reconciliation and reporting.
- Connect approved ERP, production, quality and finance data sources to a governed reporting model.
- Implement and maintain Power BI dashboards, including agreed definitions for each KPI.
- Automate recurring checks for missing entries, unusual consumption, inventory differences and costing variances.
- Update existing software and integrations; document changes, test them with users and resolve defects.




- Work with Finance and plant teams to trace reporting discrepancies back to source transactions and master data.
- Set appropriate user access, refresh schedules, alerts and documentation for BI reports.
- Train business users and maintain a explicit backlog of improvements.

Requirements

- Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years experience developing production software or data solutions.
- Strong Python and SQL skills; practical Power BI experience, including data modelling and DAX.
- Experience with APIs, databases, version control and software testing.
- Experience integrating ERP and manufacturing data is strongly preferred.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to plant and finance teams.

Success measures: Reliable dashboard figures, successful report refreshes, faster detection of data errors, reduced manual reporting, and software updates delivered without disrupting operations.
