Role Talent Acquisition Specialist

The person will be responsible for independently managing the complete recruitment process and ensuring positions are closed within the required timelines. The role mainly focuses on hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition, especially for technical and manufacturing-related positions

.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from HODs / Functional Heads and plan the sourcing strategy.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, consultants and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per the job requirements.
- Coordinate technical and HR interviews with HODs and Management.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle salary discussions,



negotiations and offer closure.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports for Management.
- Ensure critical positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants when required.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
- Identify reasons for offer dropouts / joining failures and take corrective action.
- Support HODs and Management in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
