Position: Engineer - Quality (Warranty)

Area of Exposure: Warranty quality - Electrical and electronic components (battery, E&E; parts)

Experience: B.Tech with at least 3 years of experience or Diploma with 6 ~ 7 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor warranty inspection of parts along with associates.
- Monitor SPD material inspection and prepare inspection reports.
- Prepare and maintain the warranty inspection tracker.
- Conduct battery inspection (market failure and RFB).
- Inform the team of early-failure parts reported under 2000 KM.
- Prepare pulse data.
- Inform suppliers of market failure rejections through mail.
- Carry out rejection note process activities for warranty failure parts.
- Raise QAN to suppliers for defects reported at market, as per QAN criteria.
- Provide justification to the market team for rejected claims.
- Conduct SPD material inspection.
- Carry out rejection note process activities for parts rejected during SPD material 100% inspection.
- Work exposure and ability to prepare documents as per ISO and IATF requirements.
