We are looking HR Manager for our company. we are one of the leading steel casting foundry in Coimbatore , TamiNadu, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel and alloy steel castings for industrial valve and pump manufacturers worldwide.

Role Description

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, ensuring effective management of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, policy enforcement, and employee engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, requiring a hands-on approach to HR operations within a casting foundry Machine shop. The role entails managing compliance, workforce planning, conflict resolution, and fostering a strong organizational culture to support the companys objectives.

Qualification: Any UG / PG / Engineering Graduates

Experience: 7+ Years of work experience

Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 60,000 /- PM

- Handle day-to-day worker grievances, discipline, absenteeism, and shop-floor conflicts
- Oversee monthly attendance, wage sheets calculations, and leave management.
- Coordinate performance reviews, shop-floor training programs, and welfare amenities




- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Support current and future business needs through development and motivation
- Oversee performance appraisal systems
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records
- Manage employee benefits and wellness programs
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee onboarding processes Skills in performance management, training, and employee development
- Experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring workplace compliance
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting tools
- Proven ability to work in an in office, manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in a steel casting environment
