Join our team as a Fashion Designer and contribute to the success of our company, which has over 30 years of experience in the apparel industry. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to develop innovative designs that meet our brand's standards and customer requirements.

About the Role:

- Development of trending clothing designs from concept to sample stage.

- Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, and materials.

- Create technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate your ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pattern makers, sample makers, and production partners.

- Ensure designs meet brand aesthetics, customer needs, and seasonal direction.

- Work within timelines to deliver high-quality clothing line.

- Prepare tech packs for costing, merchandising and production.

- Present best product collections based on buyer/client requirements.

Requirements:

- Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.

- Proficiency in design software, such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,



Illustrator), CAD, CorelDraw, Freehand, Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of garment construction, textiles, and current fashion trends.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong comprehensive knowledge of:

- Line development.

- Cost sheets.

- Design specifications.

- Ability to work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
