Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of hotel clients, managing day-to-day communications and digital marketing initiatives.

Lead program kickoff calls to gather client goals, priorities, and unique selling points.

Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to maximize online visibility and performance.

Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

Ensure timely execution of SEO and website content updates in alignment with client objectives.

Address client concerns promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Foster strong client relationships to drive retention and long-term success.

Provide training and consultative support to help clients understand and leverage services.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client reviews and campaign updates.





Maintain the highest standards of customer service and project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment.

Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and content strategy.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Ability to quickly familiarize brand goals, integrate style into design and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
