About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Collection Officers within Delhi who are interested in working with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the complete safety of customer orders during transit
- Demonstrate exceptional driving skills with excellent navigation abilities
- Plan effective routes to ensure timely deliveries
- Organise products based on delivery priorities
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory
- Obtain customer signatures as delivery confirmation
- Provide safety instructions for electronic or sensitive items
- Maintain zero-damage delivery standards
Requirements:
- Must be based in Delhi (local candidates only)
- Own a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving license
- Android smartphone with 4G/5G connectivity
- Comprehensive knowledge of Delhi routes
- Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Basic smartphone operation skills
- Reliable internet connection
