Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end website development SEO projects.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resources.
- Coordinate developers, designers, SEO, and content teams.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and project updates.
- Track deliverables, KPIs, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation using ClickUp/Asana/Jira.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth.
- Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 35 years of project management experience in a digital agency.




- Experience managing website development and SEO projects.
- Working knowledge of WordPress/CMS and up-to-date web development workflows.
- Understanding of technical, on-page, off-page SEO and content.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
