Responsibilities
- Inspect castings at various stages, raw, fettled and machined, to ensure dimensional and visual conformity with quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, height gauge and micrometer.
- Prepare inspection reports, PPAP layouts and first-piece inspection as per drawings.
- Analyse and take action on non-conformities observed during inspection.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to understand and meet quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Should have knowledge of drawing interpretation, IATF, APQP, PPAP and FMEA.
- Robust interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Should be proactive, flexible and system-oriented.
