Established in July 2026, Kreston Tradecorp is a fast-growing international trading firm specializing in the sourcing and bulk export of high-grade tissue parent reels (jumbo rolls) to key overseas markets, primarily the UK and the US. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated logistics and documentation skilled to drive our core export activities and streamline operational workflows.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Export Operations & Documentation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end export documentation, managing communications with paper manufacturer POCs, coordinating with customs agents, freight forwarders, and port officials, and ensuring seamless delivery of bulk shipments to our buyers in the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Documentation & Compliance -

- Prepare, verify, and manage all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (COO), Phytosanitary/Fumigation Certificates, and Customs Declarations.

- Ensure full compliance with trade regulations, import/export policies, and tariff requirements for the UK and US markets (e.g., US Customs and Border Protection/ISF filings, UK HMRC guidelines).





- Coordinate bank documentation for LC (Letter of Credit) transactions, DP/DA terms, and bank realization (e.g., e-BRC / FIRC), as applicable.

2. Logistics & Port Operations Management -

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to secure competitive freight rates and book containers/vessels.

- Monitor port activities, container movement, customs clearance procedures, and vessel schedules to ensure timely departure and arrival of cargo.

- Address and resolve any customs queries, port holds, or demurrage/detention risks proactively.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination -

- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) with tissue manufacturing partners for production updates, dispatch scheduling, inspection reports, and warehouse loading.

- Oversee cargo inspection, quality verification (GSM, reel diameter, moisture content reporting compliance), and proper export-grade packaging of tissue parent reels.

- Maintain regular communication with overseas clients (US/UK) regarding shipment status, tracking details, and estimated delivery schedules.

4. Process & Cost Optimization -

- Track shipment budgets, verify shipping bills/freight invoices,



and optimize overall logistics costs.

- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all trade and shipment files for audit and reporting purposes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation, logistics, and international supply chain operations.

- Education: Bachelors degree (in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.) A diploma in Import/Export Management is a plus.

- Industry Experience: Prior experience handling bulk paper commodities, paper products, tissue parent reels, packaging raw materials, or heavy bulk cargo is preferred.

- Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK and US export/import documentation standards and trade compliance.In-depth understanding of Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, etc.). Hands-on experience dealing with CHAs, shipping lines, port authorities, and customs documentation portals- .

- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management across different time zones. High attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and digital customs documentation platforms.
