- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP EAM
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP Plant Maintenance modules with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
