Designation: Customer Support Associate Job Role

- Resolve customer queries via voice calls

Job Details

- Contractual role 3Month
- Fixed salary

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Minimum 12 months on paper BPO experience (with documents)
- Freshers can also apply

Work Details

- Work timing: Rotational Shift
- 10 hours staff timing & 9 hours production
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Maximum age limit: 40 years

Skills Required

- Positive verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process

Interview Process

- HR Round
- Versant
- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM / 90% accuracy)
- Final round

Compensation

- Salary: 12.4K in-hand (approx.) for freshers
- Exp Salary:



14.5K in-hand (approx.)

System Requirements

- OS: Windows 10 or 11
- RAM: 8 GB or above
- Processor: Core i5, Gen 5 or above, Ryzen 5 or above
- Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps connection (Upload/ Download)
- Power backup
- Noise-cancelling USB headset
