Job Summary

T&M; Services Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good sourcing skills, communication abilities, and experience in handling candidates and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.




- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS reports.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred.
- 1 to 6 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Freshers are not preferred for this position.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Dahisar East, Mumbai.

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Employment: Full time
