Role: Optometrist

Position Summary

As an Optometrist, you are the technical expert and the heartbeat of our customer experience. You will deliver gold-standard vision care, precise eye examinations, and seamless clinical service, ensuring every customer walks out with clarity, confidence, and the perfect optical solution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Excellence & Eye Quality Assurance

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations using modern instruments to evaluate visual acuity, perception, focus, and coordination.
- Deliver accurate diagnoses and tailored vision care recommendations based on individual customer needs.
- Maintain strict standards for eye testing quality, precision, and patient safety.

2. Exceptional Customer Experience & Sales Conversion

- Welcome every customer with warmth and urgency, establishing an immediate rapport.
- Walk customers through the eye exam process to build trust and educate them on their optical health.
- Partner with retail sales associates to explain prescriptions and seamlessly convert prospective patients into satisfied buyers.




- Proactively solve recurring customer challenges and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.

3. Store Operations & Inventory Management

- Utilize the store POS system to process optical records and clinical transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track custom orders from testing to final customer hand-off.
- Assist in inventory care, stock accuracy, and store visual presentation to minimize shrinkage.

4. Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards

- Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully functional eye-testing equipment and clinical areas.
- Uphold professional grooming, attire, and dress code standards to reflect a premium brand image.
- Adhere to all safety and store security guidelines for team members and customers.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Skills: Solid clinical diagnostic skills, excellent patient communication, and a customer-first mindset.
