Position: Customer Support Executive Inbound Process

Location: High Street Mall, Thane

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass or equivalent
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience are also eligible
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English
- Both linguistic and non-linguistic candidates can apply
- Candidates should have good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Salary

- Freshers: 16,000/- per month in hand
- Candidates with 6 months of experience: 17,000/- per month in hand

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Accurately record customer information and interaction details
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
- Achieve assigned performance and service-level targets
