Profile: Customer Service - SBI Renewal Process
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Salary: 16,250 + NAPS
Shift Details:
Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM - 8 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls related to renewal services.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with renewal requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain quality customer service and achieve assigned targets.
- Candidate Requirements:
- HSC / Graduate candidates.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
