As a Channel Manager at PickMyWork, you will be responsible for driving loan business growth through DSA and channel partner networks, managing relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets.Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: DelhiKey ResponsibilitiesAcquire, onboard, and manage DSA and channel partners for credit cards and loan productsDrive Personal Loan, Credit Card, and Secured / Unsecured Loan business growth through channel networksBuild and maintain robust, long-term relationships with channel partners and financial institutionsAchieve monthly and quarterly business targets and KPIs consistentlyEnsure compliance with credit policy, documentation standards, and quality guidelinesMonitor partner productivity and implement performance improvement interventionsCoordinate with internal teams on lead allocation, approvals,
