Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation to closure and benefit realization.
- Manage project governance, dashboards, reporting, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive JIRA adoption, training, tracking, and governance across teams.
- Lead process improvement, change management, and SDLC initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities through audits, assurance, complaints, and business analysis.
- Conduct As-Is / To-Be mapping, process analysis, RACI, SIPOC, value-chain mapping, and gap analysis.
- Ensure successful implementation, sustainability, and continuous improvement of projects.

Must-Have





- Robust Life Insurance domain experience.
- Experience in PMO / Project Management / Process Excellence.
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and quality improvement.
- Strong JIRA experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- MBA/Post Graduate preferred.
- Experience of Life Asia would be plus point.
