Application Support Engineer L2

Experience: 36 years
Job Type: Full-time

- 3+ years of experience in application/production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with application monitoring and log-analysis tools.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and system integrations.
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Knowledge of ITIL, incident management, change management, and SLA management.
- Familiarity with deployment and version-control processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with Tools
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
- Basic scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

Shift Work- Rotational shift.
