### MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
* **Real Estate industry experience is mandatory**
* Candidates from **other industries will NOT be considered**
* 2 to 3 years of relevant Real Estate Digital / Performance Marketing experience
* Strong hands-on experience with **Google Ads**
* Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns
* Real Estate lead generation campaigns
* Campaign budgeting & optimization
* Experience tracking **CPL, ROI and lead quality**
* Lead generation and conversion optimization
* Positive analytical and communication skills
* **Extensive experience working for Real Estate projects/companies in CHEMBUR is preferred**

### Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
* Generate quality leads for Real Estate projects
* Monitor CPL, ROI, campaign performance and lead quality
* Optimize campaigns and budgets
* Coordinate with the sales team
* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
* SEO, remarketing, audience targeting & Meta Pixel knowledge will be an advantage
