About the Role:

We are looking for candidates with experience in MSME Loan Sales, Business Loan Sales, LAP, or SME Banking.

The candidate should possess strong local market knowledge and customer network and will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring MSME customers for various loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and acquire current MSME customers for Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, LAP, and Other secured/unsecured loan products.
- Generate leads through direct sales and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, CA firms, brokers, and business associates for generations of leads.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand financing requirements and recommend suitable loan products.




- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Ensure complete documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor the loan pipeline and follow up with customers to ensure timely closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and activity updates.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduate from any stream.
- 24 years of experience in MSME Loan Sales, Business Loan Sales, LAP, or SME Banking.
- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions will be preferred.
- Should possess strong local market knowledge and customer network.
