Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, including nursing and allied healthcare candidates, for our US-based clients. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing through offer management.
- Work on nursing and allied healthcare requirements across various healthcare specialties.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
- Handle MSP/VMS requirements while ensuring compliance with client-specific hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.




- Achieve individual recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
- 2 - 8 Years of experience in US Staffing recruitment. Experience in US Healthcare Staffing will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of US employment models, including W2, 1099, and MSP/VMS hiring processes.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work US business hours (Night Shift).
