KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, monitor, and execute all finishing activities for residential towers, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, joinery, glazing, faade finishes, and external development works.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution and interface management.

- Review architectural drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals before execution.

- Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor progress to achieve project milestones and handover targets.

- Ensure all finishing works are executed as per approved quality standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and rectify defects or non-conformities.

- Manage finishing subcontractors, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Coordinate material planning, procurement requirements, and delivery schedules to avoid work disruptions.

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports and update management on project status.

- Monitor snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning coordination, and final handover activities.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations at site.

- Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Review and certify subcontractor work progress and assist in quantity verification and billing activities.

- Drive timely closure of consultant comments, quality observations, and customer-facing defects.

- Support project completion, occupancy approvals, and final handover of residential units and common areas.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in finishing works management.
- Robust knowledge of architectural finishing materials and installation methods.
- Experience in tile, stone, marble, gypsum, painting, waterproofing, faade, and joinery works.
