Position: Research Analyst – USA Staffing / Lead GenerationCompany: BrezQLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Schedule: 5 Days a WeekShift: US Shift (EST)About the Role:BrezQ is looking for a Research Analyst – USA Staffing / Lead Generation to support our Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients across the US staffing market.The ideal candidate should have prior experience in USA Staffing / US Recruitment and understand the US market, staffing companies, hiring processes, and key decision-makers.Mandatory RequirementPrior experience in USA Staffing / US Recruitment is mandatory.Candidates with general B2B lead generation or lead generation experience from other industries will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch prospective clients and companies within the US Staffing marketBuild and maintain targeted B2B prospect listsIdentify HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Directors,



and other key decision-makersConduct company and market research to identify potential business opportunitiesSupport cold email and outreach campaignsGenerate qualified leads for the Business Development teamMaintain accurate lead information and update CRM/database recordsResearch current accounts, companies, and potential staffing opportunities in the US marketWork closely with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversionRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in USA Staffing / US RecruitmentStrong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment marketExperience in B2B lead generation and prospect researchKnowledge of identifying key decision-makers within organizationsExperience with cold email and email outreachStrong research and data-mining skillsExperience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, ContactOut, Hunter, Clay, HubSpot, or similar platformsGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a US shiftWho Should Apply?Candidates with hands-on experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment, staffing market research, client prospecting, or staffing lead generation are encouraged to apply.Important: Experience specifically within the USA Staffing / US Recruitment industry is mandatory.
