Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale education programs across geographies, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and measurable impact.
- Translate organisational strategy into actionable operational plans and set annual delivery targets across the program portfolio.
- Oversee program implementation, day-to-day operations, timelines, quality standards, and delivery risks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage large, multi-layered teams across geographies, including leadership development and succession planning.
- Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and effective utilisation of resources.
- Track KPIs, program outcomes, and impact metrics, using data and evaluation findings to improve delivery models.
- Build and manage relationships with government bodies, CSR partners, donors, and other external stakeholders.
- Support proposal development and donor reporting through accurate operational inputs and realistic delivery plans.




- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, regulatory standards, quality documentation, audit readiness, and child-safeguarding standards.
- Drive process excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and development of repeatable delivery playbooks for scale.
