Our team combines creative fuel with our own homegrown tech platforms to build state-of-the-art native consumer experiences across various channels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time in office role for an Art Director/Senior Art Director in Advertising at Commix, based out of Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside Design Team, client service, and production leads to deliver top-notch creative work.Expertise in multiple creative formats, across Brand Identity, Banners, Brochures, Emails, Videos, Social, etc.Devise robust processes and take ownership for excellence and timeliness of output for assigned projects.Ensure that organization’s or client’s creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.Articulating strategic insights for creative briefs and solutions, fostering high-quality creative thinking, and effectively communicating these to both the team and clients.Serving as a key member of Commix team, establishing and upholding creative standards,



and creating designs that redefine creative benchmarksConfidently presenting creative concepts and persuasively pitching them to clients in high-level presentations.Key AttributesMore than 2 years of Creative Agency experience, across Digital/ Retail with a zeal for creative innovation and design excellenceExcellent interpersonal and presentation skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, pitches, and solutions to stakeholders and clients.Skilled and experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premium Pro, Figma, and other relevant tools with a keen attention to detailingAdditional skills around 3D/ Motion Graphics/ Photography/ UX/ Product Packaging Design would be preferredA fine arts degree (preferred) or an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, user experience design, or a related subject. Candidates from colleges like JJ School of Arts, MICA, LS Raheja, BITS Design, or other reputed Design Colleges would be preferred.Possesses strong organizational skills and an adaptable mindset to accommodate evolving project requirementsExperience of delivering high quality creatives for FMCG/ B2B/ BFSI/ Pharma/Luxury category brandsThis Job is a full time role open to only the candidates based out of MumbaiPlease share your portfolio along with the CVCTC Range: 5-9 Lakhs
