The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and design streetwear collections aligned with HopHead’s brand identity, including apparel, embellishments, and signature design elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching designs, selecting fabrics and materials, developing embroidery and surface detailing, and collaborating with production teams to ensure accurate fittings and high-quality finishes. The role involves researching trends, creating mood boards, preparing technical specifications, reviewing samples,



and participating in fit sessions and quality checks. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across collections and support timely launches.Qualifications Strong foundation in Fashion Design and Fashion, with a portfolio showcasing contemporary streetwear concepts.Hands-on experience with Textiles, including fabric selection, textures, and finishes suitable for premium streetwear.Proficiency in Embroidery and other embellishment techniques to create distinctive, brand-aligned detailing.Practical skills in Fitting, including conducting fit sessions and adjusting patterns for comfort and style.Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to translate trends and research into commercially viable designs while maintaining brand identity.Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with design, production, and merchandising teams on-site.Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
