Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and child-centric lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Support students academic, social, emotional and overall development.
- Assess, monitor and document student progress effectively.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support and interventions.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration among students.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and communicate student progress regularly.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership for effective curriculum delivery.




- Participate in school events, professional development programmes and other academic activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Masters degree in the relevant field.
- For Early Years: B.Ed./NTT/Montessori/ECCEd or equivalent qualification preferred.
- For Special Educator: Relevant qualification/certification in Special Education preferred.
- For Global Perspectives: Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Experience with Cambridge, EYFS or international schools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid classroom management, creativity and a student-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional school environment.
