UI/UX Engineer – AIExperience: 5+ YearsWork Mode: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with 5+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between user experience design and front-end engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, hands-on front-end development, and experience designing or building AI/GenAI-powered products and experiences.You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to transform complex workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build intuitive, responsive, and high-quality web/mobile user experiences.Translate user requirements, product flows, and wireframes into production-ready interfaces.Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI designs.Develop front-end interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or equivalent.Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.Design UX patterns for AI-powered features, including AI assistants, chat interfaces, recommendations, automation, copilots, agentic workflows, and AI-generated outputs.Convert complex AI/ML functionality into simple and understandable user experiences.Build reusable design systems, UI components, and front-end patterns.Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.Ensure designs meet standards for accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and performance.Use AI-powered design and development tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and development efficiency.Stay updated with emerging AI UX patterns, design tools, front-end technologies, and interaction trends.Must-Have Skills5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, UX Engineering,



Product Design Engineering, or a closely related role.Strong combination of UI/UX design + front-end development skills.Hands-on experience with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with React.js or another modern front-end framework.Robust understanding of responsive design, interaction design, usability, and design systems.Proven experience working on AI/GenAI-powered products or features.Understanding of AI UX concepts such as conversational interfaces, AI copilots, RAG-based experiences, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and human-in-the-loop interactions.Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Good to HaveExperience with LLM/GenAI products, AI agents, RAG, or conversational AI.Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Figma AI, Cursor, or similar tools.Knowledge of design-to-code workflows.Experience building or contributing to design systems/component libraries.Familiarity with APIs and integrating front-end applications with AI/backend services.Experience in a SaaS, startup, product, or technology environment.Basic understanding of usability analytics and experimentation/A-B testing.What We’re Looking ForA strong hands-on UI/UX Engineer, not purely a UI designer or purely a front-end developer.Someone who can take a product problem from user flow → UX → UI → prototype → working front-end experience.Strong product thinking with an eye for clean, intuitive, and scalable interfaces.Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and highly collaborative environment.Passion for exploring how AI can transform product experiences and UX workflows.LocationRemote – IndiaExperience5+ YearsRole FocusUI/UX + Front-End Engineering + AI/GenAI Product Experience
