Role Overview

OnO Creators is looking for a Business Development Executive – Client Handling who can effectively handle and convert leads generated through Google Ads into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with a proven ability to convert inbound leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to inbound leads generated through Google Ads.
- Contact leads promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable influencer marketing solutions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct client discussions, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Lead Conversion.
- Experience handling inbound / digital marketing leads will be preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling client calls, meetings, and negotiations.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Experience in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing / Media / Advertising will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, creators, and digital marketing is preferred.
